Cancellation Policy

PHOTOGRAPHY BOOKING POLICY By booking a photography session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after the required information and any applicable payments are received. Your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you. Please verify your availability before booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations are not permitted five (5) calendar days or less before your scheduled session. Any cancellation within this period will result in the forfeiture of payments already made, except where required by law. Cancellations requested more than five days in advance may be considered; however, a $50 rescheduling fee applies to every client- requested change to a confirmed session date or time . This fee must be paid before securing a new appointment and is non-refundable. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Additional changes may result in additional fees. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a price adjustment or extension. Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of payments. A new booking will be required. PAYMENTS All outstanding balances must be paid before the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in postponement or cancellation under the applicable booking terms. WEATHER & EMERGENCIES For outdoor sessions, the photographer determines whether weather conditions are safe and suitable. Photographer-initiated weather rescheduling will not incur the $50 fee. Emergency requests will be reviewed individually, and fee waivers are not guaranteed. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients must arrive prepared and ensure all participants are ready. Special requests, location changes, outfit changes, or additional participants must be discussed in advance. Last-minute requests may be declined. Lack of preparation or cooperation does not qualify for refunds, additional time, or complimentary reshoots. POLICY AGREEMENT By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies, including the five-day cancellation restriction and $50 rescheduling fee. Any exceptions must be approved in writing.
